I also did this kettle bell routine, daily. This is by far my absolute FAVORITE full body workout.
When I started lifting weights, I would do 3-4 exercises for each muscle group. I just googled some things I knew from when I would lift weights in college and I made myself a little routine. All of these can be googled for pictures.
